Creamy mashed potatoes are on of my favorite comfort foods. Unfortunately all too often they can be bland and fade into the background of a dish. This recipe is full of flavor that makes these fluffy potatoes stand out above the rest.
Simply cooking the potatoes in broth instead of water enhances the level of flavor immensely. Then by adding sour cream you take it up another notch. It’s kind of like potato magic. Once you try these you’ll never want to make mashed potatoes any other way!
