Creamy Chicken Marsala

This is one of those dishes you make and think to yourself, “why don’t I make this more often?!”

Creamy Chicken Marsala is relatively quick and simple to make. It seriously tastes so good it will surprise you every time.

I always make enough to have leftovers, but it seems we just end up eating a second helping instead. It’s really that good.

Instructions
  1. Season chicken with garlic salt and pepper. Cook in butter until done throughout. Remove from pan and set aside
  2. Cook mushrooms in the same pan (add more butter if needed). Cook about halfway
  3. Add Marsala wine and summer until wine reduces to about half
  4. Mix cornstarch with chicken broth until fully combined and there are no lumps
  5. Add broth-cornstarch mixture to pan. Stir well
  6. Add heavy cream to pan and stir with wisk until well combined and sauce has thickened
  7. Add salt and pepper (taste as you go, add more until you reach desired flavor)
  8. Return chicken to pan and simmer to together for a few minutes
  9. Serve hot over mashed potatoes or pasta noodles
